o Proficient in using ERP for the entire Recruitment life cycle
o To monitor store based vacancies and assist the team on the same
o To coordinate on new showroom openings and ensuring candidates are placed within timelines
o To keep a track on the Attrition and bring control methods to arrest the attrition rate
